The ezy-roller is fun. I got it for my 8th birtday and my dad put it together. At first it was a little hard to make it go. Then I finally figured it out. The wheels are the same as my scooter and have lasted fine. All my friends said, it was a cool toy and wanted to ride it.
There are three things I don’t like about my ezy-roller. It is sort of slow, cannot climb up hills, and it is low to the ground.

First of all, I bought FOUR (4) Ezyrollers at a not so small price of 6.00 which I thought was expensive, however, when we all got ours and started riding them and the fun began and the neighbors came and wanted to ride and we had the coolest neighborhood toy, I though maybe it was all worth it. WRONG! Within a couple months the wheels wore out. Well, for that price I thought they should’ve lasted longer however my kids wanted more wheels so I called and I e-mailed and I called and e-mailed. All I wanted was some SIMPLE wheels how hard could that be? Well the man that makes these things handles his own call/emails and you have to go directly through him to get the parts…getting a hold of him was next to impossible and to make matters worse, he lives in NEW ZEALAND!!! It took him MONTHS to get back to me and then another month to send them out to me at a not so small fee either. Now, I need MORE WHEELS. So….I e-mailed him with no response for weeks because he is out advertising his Ezyroller that falls apart. Finally gets back to me and I told him he needs a place to e-mail like everyone else: with a click of a couple buttons your product is on its way because NO ONE should have to go through this to get parts…you e-mail him and tell him what you need he e-mails you back when he gets the chance and you MAYBE get your product months later for a large fee. I would’ve LOVED to have know before I purchased the product that it is nearly impossible to get replacement parts or any kind of customer service for that matter. NOT worth it…sorry Denis
