We actually got this for our 26mth old for Easter,but could not wait to give it to him. He loves it. Digger shovel works fine, maybe the fist reviewer received a dud some how. My little boys has scooped up rocks from the floor, scoops water from the tub, and snow from outside. Can’t wait till spring to hit the sandbox. Sturdy(took a few big hits down the stairs), eco-friendly, made in Europe, nice pine (saw dust)smell. No need to worry about lead, or harmfull chemicals. I like a company who worrys about kids and the enviornment. A must have for toddlers.
We got this digger to compliment the eco-loader and eco-dump truck from Sprig, our little guys loves it. We love the fact that it is made in Europe, but most of all the cool mechanical functions. One reviewer seemed to have trouble, but ours has been awesome and is a hit in the sandbox… can’t wait for spring!
I have to say it’s refreshing to own a toy not made in china that is both green and low priced. Great job Sprig!
