Razor A2 Kick Scooter (Purple)
Razor A2 Kick Scooter (Purple) Review

Bought this for my 9 year old daughter as a Christmas gift. It’s her 3rd Razor scooter, and she LOVES the little kick plate at the back. Now she can do more tricks. Also, the seller (can’t remember the store name) something “Fitness” in Santa Monica, CA was AWESOME! They shipped the same day, and I had it the NEXT! Unheard of for Christmas time!

Razor A2 Kick Scooter (Purple) Specifications
The original kick scooter just got a whole lot better, making it even more fun for kids and teens alike. Though it’ll never replace the internal combustion engine, the Razor A2 will get your child from point A to point B much quicker than on foot alone, and requires just a few scoots of one’s shoes in the process. Plus, it’s a blast to use, as your progeny will likely attest.
The Razor A2 is built of aircraft-grade aluminum, a sturdy material that holds up to use and abuse through the years. Razor combined the traditional aluminum construction, however, with a number of recent innovations, including a springless shock system that makes bumpy pavement feel smoother than ever and an all-new wheelie bar that guarantees an extra dollop of fun. Add in the foldable T-tube and deck, which tuck together to create a compact footprint (ideal for carrying when riding isn’t appropriate), and you have a great kick scooter for virtually any situation. Other details include an enhanced finger guard, 98 mm inline-style wheels, and a patented rear fender brake for quick stops.
This version of the Razor A2, which weighs around 6 pounds and supports up to 143 pounds, sports purple handlebars, a purple deck logo, and purple wheels and is recommended for ages 5 and older. It’s also backed by a six-month warranty. For the next step up, try the Razor A3 Scooter.
Key Features:
- For riders ages 5 and older
- Sturdy aluminum construction
- Weighs approximately six pounds
- Retractable kickstand
- Rear fender brake
- Enhanced finger guard
- Patented folding mechanism
- 143-pound user weight capacity
- Six-month warranty
The buyer and rider of the Razor A2 scooter are responsible for knowing and obeying all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the riding and use of scooters.

Razor Scooter – Elaine Lemon – Gig Harbor, WA
This was bought as a gift for our 7 year old grandson so he could keep up with his 3 year old cousin. They have the best time on their scooters. I love how portable it is when to go to each others houses, much easier than throwing the bike in the car.

From the Manufacturer
It’s like magic, but you don’t need to be a magician to get it to work. The PlasmaCar is a mechanical marvel that makes use of that most inexhaustible of energy sources, kid-power, by harnessing the natural forces of inertia, centrifugal force, gravity, and friction. It’s so easy to operate; all it needs is a driver and a smooth, flat surface. The PlasmaCar is adult-friendly, too. For starters, it doesn’t require an expensive power source that needs constant replacement. No batteries, no power-cells, no liquid fuel-just the occasional cookie or two. It’s quiet too-the only sound you’ll hear is the sound of its wheels. It provides kids with plenty of exercise, more so than most toys. And the PlasmaCar is engineered to be absolutely safe when used appropriately. It’s been extensively tested, and meets or exceeds all significant international safety standards.¿ Fully Assembled: 31″ x¿ 14″ x 16″¿¿¿¿ 8.15 lbs
